Manufacturing Process
- Surface Preparation
Aluminum sheets (commonly alloys 3003, 5005, 5052...) are cleaned, degreased, and etched to ensure a uniform surface for anodization.
- Anodization
The aluminum acts as the anode in an electrolyte bath (typically sulfuric acid). An electric current is applied, forming a porous, hard aluminum oxide layer (Al₂O₃) that is fully integrated with the base metal.
- Dyeing (Optional)

- Sealing
