Guangzhou Baiyun Airport
At Guangzhou Baiyun Airport’s expanded terminal, aluminum panels serve multiple high-impact scenarios tailored to the hub’s large-scale, passenger-centric design:
Exterior Roof Cladding
The panels form the sleek, curved envelope of the terminal’s radiating, "star-shaped" roof. Their lightweight, high-strength properties support the vast, cantilevered overhangs (critical for the terminal’s sprawling layout), while the matte finish minimizes glare for aircraft operations.
Interior Ceiling Feature
In the departure hall (as seen in the new imagery), aluminum panels compose the expansive, linear-ribbed ceiling that spans the entire check-in zone. The panels’ uniform, streamlined texture aligns with the hall’s minimalist aesthetic. At the same time, their modular design allows for seamless integration with recessed lighting grids—creating a bright, evenly lit space that enhances wayfinding for passengers. The panels also reinforce the ceiling’s structural stability, supporting the hall’s wide, column-spaced layout.
Decorative Suspended Installation
The hall’s iconic "light canopy" uses perforated aluminum panels as the base for hanging LED elements. The panels’ precision-cut grid structure supports the lightweight lighting array, blending aesthetic flair (echoing Guangzhou’s "city of flowers" theme) with structural practicality.
Service Counter Cladding
Even the terminal’s check-in counters utilize aluminum panels, which form the clean, durable outer surfaces of the service stations. Their smooth finish resists scuffs and wear from high passenger traffic, while matching the ceiling’s tonal consistency to unify the hall’s visual identity.
We specialize in multi-scenario aluminum panel applications that deliver structural performance, passenger-focused environmental design, and seamless aesthetic integration. Our systems are engineered to meet the complex demands of international airport hubs—ensuring beauty, functionality, and durability at scale.
